My name is Joanna Singh and I am from the tropical island nation of Fiji which is located in the Oceania, in the South Pacific Ocean.

I am a human resources executive with more than eight years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management and administration management. My professional experiences include executive-level management, quality management, program management, training/employee development, organizational development, and employee relations.

I am the Executive Lead for Te Hononga o Tamaki me Hoturoa at present. In this position, I am responsible for all HR support and management, as well as the oversight, administration, and implementation of HR strategy, practices, and procedures across all services. In my capacity as an Executive Leader, I also promote Te Hononga corporate values and foster a positive culture throughout the organization.

I am also the leader of our administration team, ensuring that it provides effective and efficient administrative support to other services across the entire organization, enabling them to provide better outcomes for our high-needs population and maintain a focus on the people we serve.

Working at Te Hononga is incredibly rewarding, as we continue to strive to be responsive to the needs of its population and to provide evidence-based, clinically-led health services with a focus on ensuring quality outcomes for its community.
