Whānau Support Worker

Starting January 2024, this vital role focuses on preventing health issues like Rheumatic Fever in low decile schools. Ideal candidates should be passionate about working with families, have strong administrative skills, and embody the values of Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Training provided, with requirements including a NZ driver’s license and eligibility to work in NZ. Registered Nurses

Join our passionate team at Te Hononga o Tāmaki me Hoturoa, a Kaupapa Māori organization serving “high need” communities in Auckland and Counties Manukau. We’re currently seeking motivated nurses for roles such as Taonga teen parent unit nurse, Whanau Ora Long-term Conditions nurses, and Clinic nurses.

Roles involve managing clients with various health conditions, making collaborative healthcare decisions, and working across different community settings. We welcome both new graduates (NETP support provided) and experienced nurses seeking a career change.
